It only took the Today Show about a good eight months to get with the picture when it came to the BPA reports in baby bottles, sippy cups, and formula. And now, finally, the NIH is asking the FDA to strongly reconsider their view on the safety of BPA in products for babies and kids.
Can I just say it's about FREAKING TIME?
(And get more info on safe products for your babies/kids at Cool Mom Picks, Green Mom Finds, and Safemama!)

You can say it, and I'll repeat it. It's about freaking time!

How did I never hear of this, I no longer have any bottles, but am about ready to go for baby number three. Thanks for the heads up I may never have known. Even us breastfeeders need babas for dada to feed the baby with now and again, or so I can leave the house alone for a whole hour to go shopping all by myself, ya sad that's my me time, grocery shopping.

There is a bottle that has a plastic bag that slipped into it and then is disposable. Are those toxic as well? They seemed so natural and did not have any unusual smells to them, and sanitary.
